At first glance, Dew may appear to be just another florist shop, but nestled behind the front flower display is actually a dessert haven that will satisfy all your sweet-tooth cravings!
Located in Telawi, Bangsar, this botanical-inspired pâtisserie has the elegance of modern style mixed with soft nature influences.
Fun Fact: Dew is the next-door neighbour and sister café of Bangsar’s beloved pastry shop – Jaslyn Cakes!
How one incredible lady baked her way to success

Jaslyn Rangson first discovered her interest in baking as a child, and would bake on the side while studying in the UK.
Upon returning to Malaysia, she opened up a cake shop in Bangsar, known as Jaslyn Cakes. Following its success, she decided to open the dessert café known as Dew.
But don’t be mistaken – just because the two cafés are next to each other doesn’t mean they are the same.
While Jaslyn Cakes has a comfortable, homey atmosphere and serves fresh baked goods, Dew is unique with its elegant, modern decor and offers aesthetically pleasing French-inspired pastries.
A delightful feast for both your camera and stomach

If it is your first time here, you might be overwhelmed with the wide variety of mouth-watering dessert choices that Dew offers.
But no worries – we’re here to help!
Some of the bestsellers that you can’t go wrong with are:
- Lavender and Lemon Curd Mousse Cake
- Chocolate and Hazelnut Mousse Cake
- Lime Basil Tart

Before you even get a taste of it, the Lime Basil Tart will immediately catch your eye with its unique design – a vibrant lime and basil curd littered with crisp meringue sticks, all encased in a buttery tart shell.
It’s a nest of tangy, sweet and refreshing tastes all in one!
You might also want to opt for their Lavender and Lemon Card Mousse Cake, a delicious and elegant white-coloured cake, sprinkled with light purple petals.
With a classic Speculoos cookie base and lavender mousse content, it provides the perfect hints of sweetness and fragrance.
The perfect treat for you and your loved ones
Not only can you enjoy their treats in all its full-sized glory, but also in single-serving miniature versions that they call “Dewdrops”.
As if the name isn’t adorable enough, look how tiny and cute they are!

All of the pastry offerings were carefully curated after multiple rounds of experimenting. From the looks itself, it is evident that great amounts of effort were put into their lovely selection.
From bold lime tarts to decadent chocolate cakes, you’ll be sure to find a dessert here that suits your taste.
If you’ve tried Jaslyn Cakes and loved it, this is your sign to pay homage to their sister café and give it a try!
Just as Dew-licious as it looks!
Dew’s desserts are truly as delicate as their name implies. The next time you want to treat yourself and your loved ones, you’ll want to think of Dew.
